Gifts for Kids - Handmade

One of the things I like about getting older is that there are the amount of people who are younger than you increases every year! That may sound obvious, but think back to when you were 16 or 17. Were toddlers and young kids on your horizon then? Now I'm finding that every year I get to buy more fun gifts for kids. The best thing about this is that you know the receipient will be truelly excited about your present. Here are a few things I would love to give to a smiling kid on a christmas-sugar-high this year.

Christmas Stickers by Lou Peajeux. Lou Peajeux' shop on Folksy is well worth a visit - check out the lovely Shop banner with hand lettering!

I always loved interactive gifts - and still do. Added bonus: it keeps the little ones occupied while you relax with a Baileys.

Less interactive, but definitely not less cute: Chocolate Pudding Bear by Treacle Zoo.

This one I really want myself: Pink Unicorn Necklace by Ich Bin.

For slightly older monsters - Monster Takeout by Made by Kate.

I can't get over how awesome these finger puppets are. They're called Mungo, Goofrey, Spiglett and Noodle. Set of Monster Finger Puppets by MuNGBEANS. (I really recommend checking out the whole shop!)

Another post of non-handmade gifts to follow!

Aw, thanks for the feature, how lovely! Some gorgeous gifts you've picked out here - love those little bears - never mind the kids, I'd buy one!
